I noticed that this app is creating fake profiles and maintaining agents. I noticed that many profile phone numbers are not working. When you sign up for this app, you immediately receive likes from profiles maintained by their agents, and also receive calls from customer care to get membership. Every day, you receive likes from other profiles until you take membership. Once you take membership, you won't get any response from that particular profile, even if you reach out to their numbers. I go

I cannot trust it . After becoming a paid member I'm now not receiving any profiles based on my partner preferences (both occupation and location.) I have informed the issue through email and contacted several times to the customer service, but there was no proper response . And my issue has not been looked into so far. need more improvment

This is a waste of money application .A significant proportion of users appear to be of unpaid non serious category & inactive, with many profiles lacking photographs and showing minimal engagement. Filtering system is ineffective. App frequently suggests matches outside the selected preferences. Customer service is unresponsive ,unprofessional and too casual. Profile photo uploads taking 24hrs to be effective. On enquiry ,the reason given was most of the staff doing validation are on leave.
