Audio Dharma provides easy and powerful access to thousands of Dharma talks. These talks were given over a 20=year period at the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, CA, led by Gil Fronsdal. Listen to leading Dharma teachers from around the world, representing many different traditions and viewpoints, speak on a wide variety of topics. New talks are continually added.

Search for talks, download and share them, add notes, build your favorite play lists and watch what people around the world are listening to.

I was thrilled to find this app. Previously I was streaming from the Audio Dharma website, but my excitement quickly faded. I am unable to listen to a complete talk. If I am lucky I can listen to maybe 15 minutes tops before it stops. I have tried disconnecting my wifi, but the result is the same. When I do go back to the interrupted talk, the app doesn't start where it left off, and I have to make a guesstimate as to where I was when the speaker stopped. Very useful.

I find using the website for my Samsung phone is easier. I think the app needs some work for Androids. My sister has an Apple and it had many features that work well like saving to albums, favorites, down loading the talks and other things. The headings are there on my Samsung but don't work, so no way to build an album or folder. It's frozen up and I have had to reinstall numerous times. I'm going to use the website for now.

Great content but app needs more development. It would be good if you could sort and play the talks in oldest to newest order. Can only plày newest to oldest which doesn't make much sense for series. Would be good if you could select multiple episodes for download. Could also use a playlist you can add desired talks to.
