Love It! Best features for owners I've seen by far. Just wish password wouldn't need tip be reset so often. No I don't keep forgetting, just not sure if website & apps are synced whew reset, also if it recognizes logged in with device, then unable to with laptop.
Not a good look for DODGE I have never been able to log in. It always says server not available or unable to connect to server. I received a fancy card with my new 2016 Dodge advertising this app but apparently the company doesn't care about it. I have also noticed multiple other users with the same issue! Very disappointed with this experience.
Server Unavailable Unable to connect to server going on a month now. Have reached out to several different email addresses as well as the contact for the store page. No response whatsoever. Either the entire department dedicated to the app was fired, or they are actively ignoring their customers and hoping the problem will fix itself. Love my car, despise this pathetic attempt at an app.
A month later still can't connect to server. I guess management and customer service doesn't read feedback for this app. It worked fine for several months and quit connecting to the server. I had information saved from manual service entries and can't access any of them or add anything since. Please fix this issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Bad start! Downloaded app just a few moments ago...cannot connect to server. Will give it to tomorrow night, and then it gone if its not working
Absolutely Awful!!!! Always says can't connect to server. Why will you guys not fix this for everyone? We buy new cars and salesmen tell us how great this app is then we are not able to use it. What a disappointment!! It would be nice for you to put forth a little effort to fix this problem.
