update... had an immediate response from Support, very impressed. They said... This is an issue we have become aware of and while the engineers are looking into it, for now, uninstalling and reinstalling the app should resolve things. previous review... Great app but latest update keeps logging me out every time I close it. It used to keep me logged in but now returns me to the swipe pages to set up the account every time I open it. This is on Android 16.

We're so sorry you're experiencing this issue. A recent update inadvertently shipped with a bug that resulted in some Android devices experiencing the symptoms you describe. If you delete the app and reinstall it afresh from the Play Store, you will no longer have the issue of being asked for login details each time you reopen the app. Sorry again.

Potentially great... but clunky - needs a lot of clicking in & out of screens. Major problem: SMS alerts are not working, so people are missing their duties, because they rely on getting the requested SMS. Edit 27/8/25: Found team availability overview, by scrolling the 'dates' row to the right, but it just gives a long list of dates ordered by team member, so to get a picture of availability for the next month still needs paper&pen. 'Order by date' would be very useful.

Latest update, to allow dual logins, has broken the app. Initially it forgot my login details every time I started the app - instead showing the ”swipe" pages at start up every time. I uninstalled and reinstalled to try and resolve, but instead it now doesn't let me login at all! I tried the clean app install, and this is why it now fails.

A clean app reinstall will have fixed the issue you experienced of being logged out each time you open the app. Reach out to support@churchsuite.com, and we'll assist you with accessing your ChurchSuite and My ChurchSuite profiles. Choose the correct System from the list when adding each profile, and enter your username for your ChurchSuite profile
