The new app looks nice. It took a minute to get use to the new design but once you know where things are it's pretty easy to use. I do miss the option to report a broken machine or something that needs attention, add that back and I would give 5 stars. update: charging $2 no show/late fees only to people who use advance booking seems like a punishment to the regulars. If you book an hour before you can no show/late and not get charged, it doesn't make sense. The booking was fine as it was!

I've had the app for a few days, still getting familiar, but my one gripe so far--please, PLEASE do not prompt me EVERY SINGLE TIME that I open the app to allow for notifications/location sharing. I am never going to allow either of these things, and if you're going to continue to ask, I will change my rating to 1 and ask everyone else to as well. It's obvious you've spent a lot of time developing a new app, and that's great, but if I deny those permissions, accept my choices and stop asking!

Thank you for the review. The prompt for location services has been fixed in the latest release. Please let us know if you are still facing this issue.

It keeps closing and crashing everytime I try to enter the app. There is actually something wrong, all I want to do is be able to do is get my account set up. I hope they genuinely fix this soon because I want to be able to reach my fitness goals.
