Device Integration: Users may optionally connect a supported Fitbit Inspire 3 device to automatically import activity measurements. Connecting a device is completely optional and is not required to use the app.

This app is very underdeveloped in my opinion. It shows my weight as trending up even though my weight is the same as last week AND all my historical weight data is missing since the update. Also, it doesn't sync with other applications or devices. I'm not tracking my food and exercise in two locations, that's redundant. I wish this information was disclosed before I selected this program through my health insurance.

I cannot get the app to work. It quit working a couple of weeks ago and every time I try to log in all I get is a screen with your logo on it. I can login from your website and do everything from there but it defeats the purpose of having an app. If you can offer any solutions, I would love to get some guidance. Thanks so much!

It doesn't work yet. You can only access the account online through a web browser. Infact you are unable to link any device at this time to the account. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly.
