Problem CIBC!! The app has been fine, very straight forward, all the sudden one day out of the blue it decides that it will no longer allow me to look further back then 4 week and non of my choices are being allowed for instance pre-authorized debts or withdrawals. Each time I try it just gives me the standard view with no choices and only past 4 weeks can be seen. I have updated uninstalled re-installed same problem each time. Please fix this problem cibc!!!
Good. It would get 5 * only if you can make it work faster. My daughter has Rbc banking app. And you only need to choose the acc and the amount on cheque and then take picture of the front and "voila" you are done. No need to write anything no need to press anything; picture is taken automatically by camera adjustments. Please make this to work for cibc too. Ty.
Good but... Please allow viewing cheques and downloading transactions within the app
Why update!! Us none nexus's users will have to wait at least a year before we get that update pushed to our devices. Looking at bell.

This app is confusing! It's not often up to date, for credit cards anyways. It takes forever to update the info in my account, and I can't rely on it. I also can't seem to change the date of my statement viewing period, even though it gives the user the option to do so! Whenever you put in a different set of dates, it just takes you back to the basic 4-wk viewing period! Fail!
