Works well except missing important functions App shows me what I want to see, let's me transfer funds, do e transfers and e deposites. However if I want to contact my bank I can't... There is no option to call the bank, you can call your credit card company but not your bank through the app which is stupid. Fix this and I'll give you 5 stars asap.
Behind in the times Nice app but it needs a few things. 1. Nexus Imprint support to make login easier. 2. Either investors edge support or that app radically fixed. 3. Mobile payment support via HCE or again that app fixed. 4. Pending charges for credit cards. Why is it other banks like RBC have completely eclipsed CIBC in technology quality.
E-Deposit Doesn't work properly Whenever I take pictures of cheques to deposit it to my account the camera picture is misaligned and I have to guess where to line it up. Takes a few true to get it centered. Please fix for a full star review
Loved the app before. Once I got a new bank card, I wasn't able to sign up for Online Banking, or use my old banking password. I've tried signing up many times, and after speaking on the phone and talking with my branch, I'm still not able to.
The application is good, but the last version has limited the password size and I just can't login, then I can't use it. I think this is a regression error, I already see this problem in a previous version and it was fixed and now it reappears.
Needs more features Very disappointing. The features that I use most are not available. As usual CIBC fall short once again with customer service.
