Real easy and cool Read about the self registration feature and decided to just register my card. The process was real easy and smooth. I was always hesitant to do this as before you were required to go through a customer service representative and boy that is a real tedious process. This has now made it really easy and simple for anyone to try and do on their own. Kudos CIBC. A good job done
Debit card Instead of your customers complaining about the lack of debit card functionality in their reviews and responding with the same scripted "stay tuned" response. Why not tell your customers if it's at all possible with this app, or would it need to be merged into the banking app as the other major banks. Just simply state if it's a limitation of the sure-tap technology.
Not working I am using Samsung S7 Edge. I called numerous times (5 times) to be exact and nothing happened the upload my visa card to the app. It is so frustrating.
Can't register. Everything works fine and instantly until the verification code needs to be entered. Then the app just sits there like it's sending the code but nothing ever happens.
Does what it is supposed to be doing Worked fine for me on my BB Q10, but since the switch to a S7 can't get it to work. Several promises that support will call me, no solution. I give it one more week, after that I switch to TD. Update: was fixed quickly.
Not debit Will not work with debit. Banks say don't use credit its bad yet this app only allows credit not debit cards. Get it right CIBC
