I liked this app when I started to use it but the communication between flowers stores and costumers has became more and more slowly, resulting in not fulfilled orders.

I started using this app about 2.5 years ago and used it weekly for over a year and a half. I have over 300 orders with the company. Lately however, the quality of the flowers has become worse, the cards are not always printed, and yesterday, the order simply wasn't fulfilled. I have become more and more disappointed

In response to the reply from mizu: I can't send you the order number because after it wasn't delivered, after I attempted to communicate with the vendor, and after I made a complaint and asked for a refund .... the order disappeared from my account. I ordered a month ago, it was supposed to be same day delivery, I still don't have it. Vendor is unresponsive, I have messaged at least 20 times. Order says not eligible for refund. Live chat doesn't work. Prior to this I have 3 completed orders.
