Bugs galore... the app used to be very reliable. Now, it's slow to respund to commands, often double sends the signal, so for example, if you press turbo, turbo will turn on, then a few seconds later it will turn off, as if you pressed the button twice.

Set up needed a phone call to customer service, because it would not allow me to pair with the control via the control's buttons, and in the manual mode it didn't have the model of my Samsung remote on the list. Customer support helped me with that on their end, thank you, Scott. One more improvement they could make is allow entering a hidden Wi-Fi SSID, not just selecting from a list of visible ones.

Pretty good. We have seven of these (with Fujitsu heat pumps). Problems: 1) can't set separate heat and cool season schedules, so have to click all 14 schedules on/off manually 2) can't do all the vane angles 3) can't control all devices at once eg to go into vacation mode and then back to normal schedule 4) no fault of Cielo but be aware: devices beep on any change, so can't change it overnight (including using "comfy" mode)
