It would be a full star greater if they included a materials list before "join"ing a program.
Made it two seconds into the app and got an unskippable advertisement.
I feel that this app is really focused towards women. I would love to see a less biased side to the app. I changed around a load of setting and still got the same training programs. Please remember, if a program wants to target men. Men look for solutions straight away and it needs to be able to provide that style of mentoring. I believe this application has a platform to be incredible. And for women i believe it is absolutely perfect! So well done on that. But lets get some harder training programs that focus on mind bldy and spirit for the guys that can bench 50kg and want to bench 150kg, can squat 50kg but what the squat 150kg. Know the basics of a diet but want to tailor it to themselves. I know generic is easy. But lets see how you guys go at brmmimplementing maybe some 12 and 8 week transformation guides. All the best and good luck!
What I think is this app is still inaccurate. It had been like this for the past month. If I could add a screenshot, I would. Cigna did reach out to me. They advised me to so something I do already. It did not help. I would not recommend this app.
I went through the preset questions and stared at the fact 'lose weight' was the top thing on their list of things for me to do. The majority of their questions just were not relevant. I uninstalled right away. Also... apparently 118lbs is 'fat' by the standard on their app since 'lose weight' was the default top thing for me to do. ...... O.o
Dont work.. tried to sign up but keeps asking me to put my name in. On the email Waight ect part of sign up (( but there is no where to put my name in ))
