Very glitchy whether on WiFi or strong mobile network. The "secure message" feature does not function, and every single time you log in, a message appears which says, "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Also, when using the in-app camera to photograph and upload claim forms, the preview shows up clear, but the uploaded file sometimes ends up blurry resulting in a frustrating back and forth communication with customer service.

Bad is not the word to describe this app. I guess they are trying to discourse you from putting in claims and making it impossible for you to log in. If that's the goal I am sure it's working. If not is as good as not even downloading the app since you can even log in when you happen to log in you wait forever for 1 page to load than another. Followed by text is off the screen or button not working or at best will not allow you to eve n view past claim. Text and date over writing each other.joke

Total waste of time. The app is impossible to register with, does not make clear what information might be incorrect, just says to review the information as the registration cannot proceed until "all information" is correct. The irony is that every time I inevitably have to submit a paper claim Cigna sees fit to note that I should have used the App. Terrible customer service all round.
