I initially rated this app with one star because it was largely non-functional. In response to my negative rating I received an e-mail offering to help resolve my issues. After deleting and reinstalling the app, it now works as advertised - great! I love Cigna! Best health insurance provider I've ever had!
Poor interface, forgot password and I literally had to go back month my month until my birthdate, absurd. I added the finger print option but when I select it it just says to enter password. Tried to refill a prescription and it would erase all information I entered when trying to move onto the next step or say my information cannot be found. Calling customer service had everything on file no issues
It now has fingerprint ID Login but it won't work on my Nexus 6P, other programs with the same feature have no problem. It says it doesn't recognize the print and sometimes says the device doesn't have a fingerprint sensor. It Does, It Works for Everything Else. I'm going with it's a problem this app needs to fix and not a real problem with the Nexus 6P.
This app is a classic example of terrible security practices. Particularly concerning given that it is part of the healthcare industry. Passwords limited to less than 13 characters and only a tiny subset of special characters, and 'security questions'. Two absolute IT security no-no's. Fire your security team and app developers.
Maximums and deductibles doesn't work. HRA balance updates well as do the claims. I'm much more interested in knowing how close I am to meeting my deductible, what a pain it is to login via a computer, this app is supposed to make managing my healthcare coverage easier, but can't do what I am most interested in.
- Minor enhancements and bug fixes.
