This app is completely useless. Everything I try to access, prescriptions, the directory, my ID card, etc.,, either returns a maintenance notice, a blank screen, or the app freezes and has to be closed. I have reinstalled multiple times. It makes no difference. What is worse is that my health insurance is tied to my employer, and since they decided to change to Cigna from Kaiser everything has been worse. The app, the website, the customer service.

One of the worst apps I have ever seen. I agree with other reviews. Loading takes forever and, after trying a search, goes back to the beginning and forces you to enter the entire information again (it seems incapable of remembering anything). I wouldn't have resorted to this app in the first case, but the regular (browser) version is almost unusable and rarely comes up with the same search results twice (if any). It is almost impossible to find a doctor using Cigna's software. Unacceptable!!

This app sucks! Every time I sign in I either get locked out or have to change my password. When I finally do get logged in, the app freezes up or is extremely slow. The search function is terrible. You would figure a multi billion dollar insurance company would have a fantastic app. But that is definitely not the case.
