Review from 2020: The app has been updated and now it doesn't work at all. Can't upload photos. It was bad enough before, as it just crashed if I took a photo from within the app. Now even if I take the photo beforehand and select it from the gallery, if doesn't upload it. Currently it's impossible to submit a claim from within the app. Update 8/2022: When are you going to fix this app. Read the reviews. Uploading images doesn't work and it is very frustrating. I've tested in on 3 devices now.

The idea of tracking your insurance and submitting the claims via the app is fantastic. However this one needs more work: despite the option to remember my username, etc., I still have to type in my password. Also, the interface is crashing regularly. It took me 3 trials to submit the picture of the invoice. I would like to ask Cigna to update the app and improve the user experience. Thank you!

The app behaves pathetically. Sometimes, doesn't open at all. If at all it opens, I encounter errors on every step especially while uploading pictures. Recently, it has become a headache. I am fed up.
