I absolutely despise the fact that whenever I need to pay by QR, I must do it in this order: Scan, Key-in Password, Key-in Passcode, Approve TAC. All the key-in should be done BEFORE scanning. The current order is utterly disasterous if in queue. Please just keep CIMB Clicks, so I can pay in just 2 simple step (scan and approve). Also tend to crash but that's another matter.

For me it's still OK on my old POCO F3.I've seen too many complaints regarding apps crash etc, but until this moment i DID NOT face any issue like this, except to refresh it ( view account / etc ). I believe it's because the app is TOO HEAVY / TOO MUCH ANIMATION in which it is not suitable for mobile apps. I agreed on some users comments ( simplify it just like Cimb Clicks / other bank mobile banking apps ) to optimize the apps performance. Other than that, im OK with it.
