The app keep on crashing on my phone, I'm not even able to view the log in page. Tried to log in via desktop site and other phone app but still require the app to be open and show notification on my phone, due to the crash, I could not log in through other channels as well. Please do something. Thanks.

The bank asks me to rate the app. One word, BAD. It was working OK the last time I used it in Nov 2023. When I opened it today, it keeps asking me to update. But when I pressed the update button, a page appears and there is no option for me to update. If the bank says the app does not work in a huawei phone, it's unfair. I have been using huawei phones all along. What I would suggest is the bank goes back to the stage when it was still working for customers and forget about the new update.

Every time facing login issue with desktop and mobile. Need to try 2, 3 time sometimes have to generate OTP by myself.. Always receives login confirmation on hp after times up, sometimes did not receive at all. Really fed up using this biz apps. If Urgent want to check transaction will cause inconvenience to us because can't login
