The apps service from good to bad starting this year, always crash or kick out from the apps during day time. Unable to preform urgent transfer. Contacted the hotline and followed their instructions to redownload the apps but no improvement. May consider closing the account. No improvement made on the apps service after one month.

Terrible bank. I do not recommend this bank's services as they do not take any accountability to contact the client for an outstanding due payment. Only after charging the maximum unauthorized interest fees to the account, then only they send in an email to chase for payment. I have been sending in multiple emails to them before my statement was due with regards to updating my contact information as I could not change my info through their platform and no email was replied to.

if you make a part payment for a credit card the app doesn't update the outstanding amount. it simply shows the month statement amount.. quite confusing. please update the application.
