CIMB Clicks makes banking so much smoother with its simple layout and fast transfers. I love the "Quick Balance" feature for a fast check on my accounts and how easy it is to pay bills using JomPAY. The added biometric security gives me total peace of mind, making it my most trusted app for managing money on the go!

CIMB Clicks is a helpful banking app for managing everyday financial tasks. It allows easy money transfers, bill payments, and account checking anytime. The app is quite straightforward to use, although the design can feel a bit outdated compared to newer banking apps. Transactions are generally smooth. Highly recommended !

my digital token just got removed without notice, and I couldn't setup a new one after reinstalling the app as it says "problem connecting to the internet". I've no internet connection issue whatsoever with all the previous steps and it fails at the final step. fire your engineering team man, such a critical bug edit: I connect to another WiFi and I can setup the token after reinstalling the app. still, why remove user's digital token without notice?

We’ve made updates to improve your banking experience - simpler, faster, and more secure.
1. 24-Hour Protection Hold: Transactions may be reviewed if total outgoing transfers in 24 hours exceed 50% of your balance. Affected transactions may be held (up to 24h) or rejected, giving you time to spot suspicious activity.
2. SMS OTP phase-out: For Digital Token users, SMS OTP login will be removed. Enable Digital Token for secure access.

We’ve also fixed bugs and improved performance.
