This application used to be helpful before. But recently they had an update for a better version. Instead for good in turns out for worst. Finger print LOG IN issue occurs, were in it kept on ignoring and doesn't properly identify the user. Please fix the bug on this application as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
Hello cimb. When update apps no longer can choose repeat every month when transfer. Very bad and terrible interface. Confusing. Can you copy paste public bank or maybank apps interface, easy to understand and use
This app was working fine before update. I am unable to login at all after the update where the interface changed. Conclusion is I have to use a browser to login cimb clicks. I'm uninstalling this app but it's NOT A LOST for CIMB. Very frustrating.
No more sms for TAC, either come later or never come. TAC via messenger didn't show up also. How do you expect me to perform online transactions? Terrible app.
Enable fingerprint login for android devices....also, you have CIMB Eva, CIMB pay and CIMB clicks. Why can't your just integrate them all in one? Why make it so confused to many?
Before i update for new version all transaction its very okay to me.. now from yesterday i try to transfer money its not working.. very trouble to me to do my job.. i dont know how to make it n settle this problem.. i need to do my job.. very sad for new update version..
