The messenger takes a lot of time to load (hang in kost cases) and doesnt update as in the notification bar. As for credit cards, I could not see available balance. Please make this feature available in the app so we know how much more than we can spend.
I can't do anything on the app other than viewing my balance. To perform transaction I have to go to web browser. Pretty useless if u ask me.
Worst online banking apps, I can't even paid my bills, every time it said "alert, we encountered unexpected error" what is that? Where is the improvement? Already 2 months yet after updating still a lousy app.

Worst online bank app ever. Every time I need to do a transaction it says error occurs. Not user friendly at all. I have had the worst experience by far with this bank let it be online or calling the hotline. That doesn't even work. Such a retarded way of guiding the caller. I would never ever recommend this bank to anybody.
I prefer the old one.. Easier and more can explore than this one. Limited thing that we can do
