Always doing maintenance The app is good but will close if an sms popup opens when you have logged in. Also cimb is always doing some kind of maintenance. The most sad thing is you don't even place a notice when someone enters the app about the maintenance, your errors are not explained, and the maintenance takes too long. We all know you guys can do better and hope you do.
it used to be functional but now no i been using this app since they introduced it years ago but lately the login sucks!! keep prompt me error but when i try to relogin it say i did not logout!! HELLO CAN U FIX THIS? WHAT IF I NEED TO USE IT URGENT TO TRANSFER MONEY IN CASE OF LIFE AND DEATH? i use this app to pay my bills! now become so troublesome!!
Good bank with stupid app Whoever developed this app for CIMB, I'm sure he doesnt deserve to get paid. It crashes almost everytime and its certainly doesnt 'summon the data' from the air. How could the app get the required info to run the app when the app doesnt summon the mobile internet data to get into the phone??? Damn stupid for a bank this big with the worst app imaginable
TAC on mobile cant be used Previously it was ok. Recently i have reset my handphone because it has a few issues. After reinstalling cimb clicks it prompted to submit cimb clicks id, then i submit but it prompt out a message to call contact centre. But when i called contact centr the customer service said there's no problem i need to uninstall and install it back. But still i cant submit my id. Please help me to resolve this problem.
Not multitasking friendly App is ok, but not multitasking friendly. When switching app, you will be signed off from cimb app. Sometime you may get warning not properly sign off when try to login again. This is annoying. Suggect to add some sort like timer, if user not come back to cimb app for a few sec then the user will be sign off automatically. Some of your competitor have feature like this.
STUPID APP EVER MET! After I change my phone, and call the customer service to reset my mobile TAC, BUT at the end of after reset few times I still can't register my TAC mobile...I screenshots the photo send email to center report regard this matter, but until now didn't get any reply...
