Still a huge disappointment. No push notifications. Ever. That's inexcusable. If I download an app, I want it to offer me something. Other than showtimes, this app does nothing. Regal notifies me of new offerings for the weekend, my points and available rewards. I don't understand how such a great company with beautiful theaters and an amazing staff can't make a useful app. P.S. Why in the world don't you send out a weekly "what's new" email? There is nowhere to sign up for it on the homepage. Geez, connecting with your customers isn't that hard guys.
Not happy with this App at all. Points never get added when I make purchases and when I contact customer services about the issues they never get resolved. When I try to follow up about the discrepancy I never get a response.
No customer service on weekends and their customer service # takes you in circles. Worst one I have ever used. So frustrated
I can login to the website but not the app. I use the same credentials for both. I restarted my phone & uninstalled/reinstalled the app and this did not help.
A solid app. Not only gives you showtimes and tickets, but gives you an oppurtunity for rewards like $2 Off Popcorn and I got a cool King Kong figure for free. Save a lot of money!
Charges convenience fee for ordering tickets (the AMC app doesn't). Also the Cinemark app won't accept gift certificates as payment, only credit cards.
