Was good once Worked ok for a while but seems to crash/overload during school holidays. First time it took my money but no booking number. Was told there were no tickets left when I rang. Had to get refund. Now it constantly says booked but doesnt ask for payment or give booking number. Was very convenient not having to line up at Nerang for an hour when it worked.
Needs to be completely overhauled Put some money into making a proper app and not something that's basically just a mobile site. So many bugs and glitches and the payment system is woeful.
Fabulous ... but ... The booking reference number is never sent as a text to my mobile. Have sent an email to the developer and am hoping its a fixable issue. I love being able to book last minute tickets, especially during school hols to avoid the queues!
You app is broken. Prices don't sum properly ($8.50+ $4.50 =$12.00?), then the confirmation screen shows zero dollar sub total. Proceeding via online wallet or credit card both lead to errors. I had to go to the computer to book tickets. Pity, it's convenient when it works.
Really disgusted. I ordered tickets through the app and was charged. Received an error screen and NO TICKETS. Was on the phone for 10 minutes until someone finally answered. No apologies, just turn up and get your tickets. Get to the counter, not a single customer in line, so they were obviously just ignoring the phone. Boy at the counter had no idea what was going on, got the manager. No apologies there either for a KNOWN problem. Fix the app, at least, so I don't have to deal with your incompetent staff.
Small and simple to use, just like the Cineplex web page /used to/ be. Images are not displayed correcty, they appear to be stretched out of view.
Fixed an issue where movie images and thumbnails weren't showing.
Added a "Compact Sessions" view that shows all session times in one convenient view.
Fixed crashes on tablets without a mobile internet connection (such as the nexus 7).
