Absolutely atrocious. The prices on their menu items are 3x the price in store! I decided to order anyway... and MY ORDER WAS WRONG. They forgot one item, and also gave me something I didn't even ask for. I spent $41... way more than I would've spent in-store. All that money and they still messed my order up. This happened the last time I ordered Cinnabon from Ubereats, this time it was Doordash. I think it's a problem with Cinnabon, will not be ordering ever again!!!

Won't let me order delivery ! I tried multiple locations and for every single one it says something went wrong and can't order delivery at this moment. App is a total waste of time , it doesn't work properly

I downloaded the app on Tuesday may 20th and I got a free reward, went to the mall got it and then went back home. Since it LITERALLY SAYS ... SCAN THE BARCODE FOR CINNABON REWARDS... so I did that and the app said "can't use the same receipt again".... that was my first time actually using the app...
