Garbage app. I fill out my profile and when I try to take a survey on my dashboard, it tells me I didn't qualify when I click through on the link, then redirects me to a survey that is much longer and pays less than what I originally selected. They either do a terrible job matching or it's just a bait and switch. Oh, and it constantly puts me through too many redirects which times out and gives me an error message when I do get through. Again, either they're doing a bad job or it's just a scam.

For many months now this app has been appalling. Utter waste of time. Almost all the surveys simply lead to a blank screen. The few that do start you either waste minutes on and then are screened out, or end up stuck in a loop. This used to be worthwhile. It's now a total avoid. And the constant updating of the same info across all the platforms just shows that the people involved have no idea of customer experience or good programming.

The app doesn't function properly. Sometimes when you finish a survey, the app doesn't know it's over, so when you press the back button, it shows the options "survey is broken", "poor mobile experience", etc when in actuality, the survey finished but didn't redirect to the homepage. I've lost money this way, since the app thinks the suvey wasn't completed. Please fix this feature.
