This is probably the best phone I've ever gotten from a lifeline service. I've went through a lot of them and they always sent the cheapest worst unusable phones. Plus they were usually aggravating to set up. So far I've had no issues. The phone came quickly and was ready to go as soon as I turned it on. Oh and the tablet offer is awesome. I was able to order an 8in tablet for $10. You can't beat free unlimited talk, text and data (with the ACP Benefit) as well as a good smart phone.

StandUp Wireless, by far, has the strongest, most reliable service available of all the Lifeline carriers I've tried (5). However, the device they sent is the cheapest, most basic Android (V22) on the market! Apps keep crashing, it's infuriatingly slow, has a terrible lag, it misses calls and doesn't receive texts until hours after they were sent. Whereas my last Lifeline carrier provided me an iPhone. It was refurbished but it was a quality device and functioned reliably, this is just unusable!

Excellent free phone, the best plan out there as long as your can provide the necessary requirements needed to obtain one of these free government phones. StandUp has the most minutes, data, and unlimited texts per month and the service is not too bad especially considering it is totally free. I have never had a issue with calling into the company, yeah it's true I have never spoken to anyone that speaks English very well.
