unable to upgrade to 5G, the app has limited list of phone models, much much less than the phone models that has been stated in their FAQ. customer service was extremely unhelpful and requested I selected a different phone model instead of my actual one phone model which was not listed. The app also doesn't let you change after as it still doesn't have the full list of phone model as per the faq. Such a big difference in both list of phone models for 5g between the faq and the app itself.

After upgrading to 5G, i had a difficult time subscribing to it and activating it because I couldn't find the 5G banner I had to look for even after reinstalling the app twice. Chatted with a few Happiness Experts, and finally JB assisted in manually activating it from his end. Problem solved within a few hours.

i have faced some billing issues and have been asking them why is there 2 deductions but till date, the answer that they give is not satisfactory. they still cant give me the answer as to why is there 2 deductions on the same day. the network is also quite bad and its not as cheap as others out there in the market. i'm gonna be porting out soon.
