I tried to log onto the account numerous times and it would not allow me to do so. Tried changing password and they sent link via email and it still denied access. Very user unfriendly.

It keeps freezing I tried to reinstall it several times but was unable to add my info at least not all of it..

It never worked for me. It doesn't recognize my password, and does not send me a link to reset it. I'm unable to do anything, and I'm frustrated about it.
