I can't log in I can log in just fine with my computer. However, when I enter all of my information into the app, I get the "information is not recognized" message. I am not sure why this is happening. I would like to utilize the convienence that a mobile app provides. Please provide insight as to why this is happening and I will gladly rate the app 5 stars and give a glowing review. (Note: I am trying to use this app for my Best Buy Citi card. )
Bad update!!!!!!!!SSL error Do you guys even maintain your apps? every country ratings is low!!!I cannot open app at all now. Says SSL error. Thanks!!! So I email you, you email me a number, of course wrong number! They transfer me, have me uninstall/reinstall which I'd, of course, already done. I tried to tell him I'm not alone (see others below) he adds to existing ticket and"escalates"it. They call this morning and leave a message to call number on the card... Reply to the reply-ur crazy.I went to app store and updated that app
Update Bad The update Nov. 29 to Nov 1, 2016 version is defective - same issue.. The update doesn't recognize your password, allows for resetting of the password, and then not recognize the updated password after the reset. The new password is recognized on the browser through the regular sign on. NEEDS the previous version!
Not so Great App! This used to be a great app but not so much anymore. I'm reducing my 5-star rating to 3-stars because every time I log in and try to make a payment, it freezes up. Seriously, don't you guys want me to make a payment. I literally have to use the Internet site to make a payment instead of using this app. Please fix it! It's so inconvenience to not be able to make a payment on this app. Please fix it!
Freezes, hangs, does not work One of the biggest banks, worldwide locations..... can not get its act together and create a normal banking app that would work properly. No excuse! Multi billion, may be trillion dollar company can not allocate small budget for a simple online banking app. What a shame.
Always broken Constantly having bugs, lags, or reboots. Everytime there is an update I have to redownload the app. Also seems that every single week everything bu the main citi website goes down. When it works its pretty good, but that isn't very often for me.
