Great app, BUT!... I frequently use the app but unfortunately it's missing E-bill. one of the components i use most on the website. The E-bill notifications and functionality should be implemented. This would eliminate the need for me to access the desktop site from my mobile device and i would rate the app 5 stars. Sometimes the app is buggy when trying to exit, the back button is rendered ineffective.
It's a great app! 1 suggestion I have made this same misrating error on other apps because I thought I had to highlight the amount of stars to rate the app, so I would begin highlighting the stars from left to right! But now I understand how to rate correctly. So possibly others have giving ratings below what they actually wanted to give. Possibly was made through my same rating error. My thoughts! William Leake
Newest version is better New app is much improved. Scanning & depositing checks is better. Occasional problems recognizing the image but when that works its good. The pc browser version has also improved but, they still pop up things to distract me, even cover sections of the screen. The financial and Analysis section has never work. But the app isn't as full function (can't edit a payment), works different than the PC browser, and app uses different terms which confuses users.
Easy to use Great app easy to use. Will give it 5 stars if its gets additional security authentication features. Also a feature that will be a plus if the card could be locked via the app if not being used for more security. Once logged on you have visibility of all your account information on the go. Please add fingerprint or Iris scanner for authentication.
No fingerprint support and sluggish I can remember how long since BoA's app has been supporting fingerprint. As another big-5 consumer bank, I don't see why Citi can't get this app right. It's sluggish at best, in addition. I truly enjoy the better customer service and products offered by Citi compared to BoA, but when it comes to app it's totally opposite.
Slow It opens slow, and I seem to wait an annoyingly long time for pending items to move to a status that I can pay. I like to pay within 24 hours for any charges I apply. This may be enough of a reason for me to move to another card. I'm hoping they fix this because the benefits on this card are quite nice for how I use it.
