Loading forever / notifications lacking Chase puts the charge info right in notifications. This update only says the card was swiped and still requires the app to open to view. Put charge info in notification and this is 5 stars.
Loading forever!!! Haven't been able to access my account since new update...bs!!! Ready to unistall and start from scratch...makes me want to switch to another lender.
Update gone wrong The app does not even open I've rebooted my phone installed, uninstalled and still says the same thing app is not opening at all. Please fix this
Update problem App was working fine til this last update. Now it freezes and I can't get pass terms and conditions. Uninstalled it and still same problem.
Hate the new interface! Takes longer to get the info because I can't scroll without each transaction expanding, each touch causes the screen to change, (there seems to be a very narrow space to the right for scrolling but it's not intuitive. With a full touch screen you should be able to touch anywhere to scroll down a list.) and the new font sucks. App developers need to consider that not every user is in their twenties. I'm not old, but I don't like the thin font. Just adds to my dislike of CitiBank right now.
