I love Citibank. Out of all the "big" banks I've had to have accounts with, I'm surprised I've stayed on Citibank for this long. However, it is about time you guys fixed your mobile app. For a bank this size, you haven't built Zelle into the mobile app more than 6-7 months after the launch of the service while most of the other partner banks have included the feature on the mobile app.
App wouldn't be so bad when it actually works. Far too often I get messages of "We're sorry, we are experiencing some temporary delays, please try again later" I need this app to conveniently pay my bills. Looking into another banks app that's more reliable and closing out this bank account. Just don't have time to play games when I need access to MY money!!!
Had to uninstall and re install to get it to work twice now. It is nice when it fully functions. Cant pay my bill now so I guess its time to re install again. Like someone else said, you think a bank this size whould get all the bugs out of this app by now
This is the most useless, unresponsive and dormant app in the whole world. I can't even access my account. I have been trying to do so forever. Customer service is as unresponsive and unintelligent as the app itself. Is this app some sort of joke? I think I will just pay up the balance on my credit card and end my relationship with the bank. It's of no use sustaining a business relationship with a bank, and you cannot even access your account. So annoying!
Every time I attempt to log into the app, it's like I just downloaded it. Neither my username is remembered, or my fingerprint is enabled and I have to reset it, along with my password (which is the same password used over and over that's always "incorrect" until go through the forgot password set up). Then in order to retrieve the password, I have to accept a phone call from an automated 800 number, where the computer voice talks to you like you're just figuring out words, slowly. Just save the website to a bookmark and have chrome or safari fill in the blanks for you. They remember who you are.
Worked decently for quite a while after my last review (4yrs ago) as bugs were fixed and features were added. Now, for the past 2 months I've not been able to transfer funds between linked accounts. Same "Temporary error" message showing for 2 months. Again, frustrating.
