Update Bad For a company this big to continue to throw out crap versions of an app shows how they value the user. They DON'T! The updates Dec 5, Nov. 29 to Nov 1, 2016 version is defective - same issue.. The update doesn't recognize your password, allows for resetting of the password, and then not recognize the updated password after the reset. The new password is recognized on the browser through the regular sign on. NEEDS the previous version!
3rd complaint. Issues not fixed!!!! Now I am able to log into your app to see my account, however, when I try to look at the transaction history after clicking on the amount in my bank account, your stupid app just spins its wheel as if it is thinking, but nothing happens! I havent been able to fully us your app for over 6 months now! Can someone please get it to work!?! I even update the app and still same issues. Come on this is getting ridiculous now. 😠😠😠
Citi app is still horrible they have yet to fix. I have never seen so many issues with an app since 2008. Citi bank needs to get off there rear and fix things. I can't even pay our credit card with the app any longer. Wish costco would have chose a reliable company.
Always some issues with this app. Fire the developers of this app send them to Wells Fargo since that bank is a mess in recent news. 50/50 chance I'm able to log in this Citibank app constant message.... We are sorry we are having some temporary delays. Please try again later... I get that message all the time, No matter how many updates. The Temporary Delays is a never ending story. 7 month's later I'm still having "Temporary Delays" reminds me of my check deposits with this bank Delays after Delays...I think I need a new bank.
Not reliable It's always updating and I cannot get my balance when I need it. The snapshot does not work correctly most of the time.
New update it's awful First of all no fingerprint login ? Iphone does now before this update this app actually worked but now it freezes all the time don't fix what's not broken
