I noticed there was no mention of CitiPayAll on the website (useless!) so I thought the app would have it, which it did, if only it did something outside of a perpetually spinning circle (useless!), and the whole app stops accepting any commands (E.g. back button). I had to close it down and try again several times until it worked eventually. Another issue is the phone's back button doesn't work. You have to use the back button provided on the app screen to back out to the previous screen.

Completely useless, absolute worst application. May have a decent level of functionality, but the actual availability of those services is virtually never. Currently unable to determine what my requirement to pay for this month is. the ability to click through to where that is displayed is not working, and when clicking the card settings nothing loads either. Not to mention the website of which seems to get stuck on the login authentication page, identifiable from the url that it's stuck on.

Annoying, I can't do a transfer from my saving account to my linked personal everyday account on the application. I have to go thru the browser. My suggestion would be to improve the application with this feature. Other app from other banks can do it. Why not this one. Not a negative feed back, just idea for improvement.
