App works fine. Quite low on information though- could do with having bsb displayed somewhere on the app. Also there is nowhere to see what interest rate your savings account is being calculated on being it is a variable rate and is subject to change. When inquired on online chat was told to go to Citi home page to see what the current rate is, but no information on the app to verify.

Ok however I find it glitches when trying to type information, start typing 1 letter then cursor moves from typing box and you can no longer type. Have to keep restarting the app. If you make a mistake you cannot press back to delete a letter/number. Therefore have to exit and re-enter the app again and start from the beginning. Website is far better for seeking information/help.

The apps layout is just ok at best. Adding a dark mode would be awesome. Can't add payees with the app, that feature is completely broken, it just shows the add icon but it's not clickable and I also couldn't activate my card in the app. I entered the 3 digit number but it said no cards to activate?. I had to go to the card activation page online to do it. I also bank with Macquarie and their app at the moment is the best app of all banks I have used. Use theirs for ideas
