Probably the most annoying bank app I've ever used. It's not user friendly at all and lacks all the simple and basic functions e.g. why can't I easily pay my credit card or transfer money. You literally have to find where the right buttons are and constantly going on loop. Set up looks great, but no point looking fancy when you can't even provide your customers with the basic functions. Online portal is the same, very frustrating.

Definitely the worst bank app I've ever used, very difficult to understand also unfriendly user interface, for example when you transfer money to someone should have a suggestion ask to save the account number or not, but instead you need to go to manage payee to manually add the account numbers! Not to mention I can't even go in to set it up. Such nightmare, Please, please improve the app!

Worst bank app I've ever seen! Unable to automatically add payees from the transfer money screen, need to first add payees manually which is a pain. Incredibly hard to find anything as the interface is so unfriendly and not at all intuitive. Multiple menus lead to the same screen which is redundant and annoying. And THE BACK button, oh the back button, such an annoying thing not being able to just use my phones back button like any other app in the world. Please look at CBAs app and learn.
