No facility for notifying bank I am travelling overseas. I have to ring before I leave home. but I don't always remember. Then the app does not allow me to chat so that I can notify you about my travels. Then when I use it overseas you sometimes block the card because I forgot to tell you.So your app is outdated, not user friendly, "clunky" and more suited to your needs than to mine as a customer. A real pity you can't be bothered doing better.

When trying to lock lost cards, it says no card linked to your account. Even though I can see it on the app and perform other tasks. It is essential for security that this feature work flawlessly... No chat direct from the app either.

I use Bitwarden password manager as all my passwords are long cryptic strings. Unfortunately the Citibank app doesn't let me autofill from Bitwarden. And even if I copy my password from Bitwarden to (hopefully) paste into the Citi app password, I don't get any 'paste' option. Pretty useless app if I can't even log on.

Copy & paste of passwords require the use of phone clipboards to temporarily store the password. Phone clipboards are accessible by all apps on the phone. This is viewed as a risk and hence we have not enabled pasting of passwords. Based on your feedback we are evaluating options. Please be patient while we work to resolve.
