Absolute rubbish. Can't activate my new card (we are unable to send you an SMS), can't create a new account (generic error) and 'call service centre' doesn't put the number into the keypad. Also the back button on the phone UI doesn't do anything, you are forced to use the back arrow in the app

Probably the most annoying bank app I've ever used. It's not user friendly at all and lacks all the simple and basic functions e.g. why can't I easily pay my credit card or transfer money. You literally have to find where the right buttons are and constantly going on loop. Set up looks great, but no point looking fancy when you can't even provide your customers with the basic functions. Online portal is the same, very frustrating.

Is generally a good app. But recently i lost my debit card. I wanted to contact bank. The number provided for lost cards is only for credit cards, as told by the answering bank employee. I was transferred to the right number, but no answer. No return call. So i looked for a different number for debit card to call. None supplied. All citibank need do, is provide a number for debit card holders to call.
