Since the upgrade, I cannot log in since the keyboard is not recognising and filling in the characters. It used to work fine before the upgrade. It is not a problem with my phone since the input works perfectly well for username and passwords for other bank apps that I have installed and all other keyboard input while using my phone. It only recognises special characters. Please fix it. You must have a coding problem somewhere
IT'S NOT WORKING. Won't let me do anything. Getting the loading icon, the nothing happens. Previously - Thank you for finally getting rid of that annoying grid/list view menu. Slide-out menu definitely a big step forward. Still no PIN access code like all other banking apps. Quick account view is really handy. I'm sure you guys could find a way to allow one-time bill payment from the app without having to login to the website and create one one or pay one bill.
Unable to login Since the update, I am not able to login. I have a "." in my user name and now get an error saying invalid character in username. I have had the same username for the last 9 years. Please fix it.
Downgrade Why would you make an app that doesn't scroll!!!! Was this even tested? Poor form for a big corporation!! Preferred older format over this even though it was prehistoric.
Yet another app stuck in portrait mode so I can't sensibly use the hard keyboard on my 'slider' phone as the app ignores the system request to go to landscape orientation. I have a built in keyboard. I would like to use it thank you. Latest update (Sept 2015) broke it complete;y for off line. Travelling my phone has no data service. I try to use the web site, it asks for the OTP, but the app on my phone hangs if it doesn't have internet access. So much for getting the OTP needed to use the web site on my laptop.
Camera access? And it still doesn't even work! Who are you guys hiring to do your app? It's woeful in comparison to any other major financial institution. Even small credit unions have better apps. The UI if incredibly slow, the functionality is sub par at best, and now you need access to my camera? Seriously citi. You're making it difficult to love you. Fire whoever's in charge of the app, download another banks app for comparison, and then pay someone to replicate it. Oh yeah, and remove unnecessary permissions!
