Won't let me log in. My credentials work fine on the PC but not on the phone. Thinking I need to register to get it working on the phone but it comes up as already registered with I enter my card and account details but still won't accept the password. May be issue transmitting special characters through app to citi auth servers. No happy at all that I can't check it with my phone. Nab is better.
The one time pin is a joke. I travel a lot and have a different international sim card for each country. This means I cannot receive a one time pin to transfer funds because it is registered to my Australian phone number. And for me to change the phone number it needs to send a one time pin. Ludicrous!
The app feels like it's still in its beta phase. Only good for a snapshot of your banking and not much else. Desperately needs an update to be more like Australia's big 4 banks.
Definitely getting better with time. Needs ability to modify account preferences, like contact details or notifications.
Hated it..can't log in on mobile ...PC works fine. Really waste app..
CITIBANK need to employ professional software engineers and scrap this rubbish app
