The application is not working in my phone. It says my phone is rooted or jailbroken while my phone is still non-rooted. Please find a solution. I have to activate and use my card.

The app is kind of useless to me as I can't pay the outstanding balance through it. I have to go physically to the bank each month for payment. Which is very dangerous during the pandemic. I can't think of any bank that does not provide online service specially those days. Oh, before I forget.. The only service the app provides apart from showing the balance is to convert the outstanding balance to installments.

Worthless app. Forgot password doesn't work says" please try again later". Now i have to physically go to their nearest bank. Their IT dev team is a joke
