Citibank blocked my card for missing the KYC update without any warning. Even after updating my KYC, I had to call 3 times. Twice they promised a call back in 3–4 days, but nothing happened. After 10 days, I called again and was told it will take another 10–15 working days to unblock. Very disappointing and strange, while other banks can issue a new card within a day.
