This update includes:
• Emergency Center: You can now activate an Emergency Service Transaction Lock directly from the Citi Mobile® login page if you suspect fraud or believe your login credentials or accounts have been compromised. This lock applies to all your outgoing transactions, including pre-authorized and pre-scheduled payments.

• Inbox: You can now conveniently view your latest push notifications by tapping the new "Inbox" icon on the login page, without needing to fully log in.

Since Feb the card is blocked as they wanted some KYC update although every thing is updated via APP. with same info I'm using other banks card smoothly. I called multiple times and they promised a call back with solution but I never received the call neither the issue is sorted. Last time I called for closing the card, they promised to call me back and until now they are lost. Would appreciate if there was a an option to close the card in APP itself. Worst service ever👎👎👎

Very annoying and unreliable app. It currently states "no longer compatible with your phone'. This can not be correct as this message appears after the latest update. Please sort it out

App stops working for Huawei P30 Pro today July 15, 2026. In Google Play store, yiur device is not compatible with the app any more. Does it mean I need to change my device to run this app?
