Ratings and reviews

Excellent bank overall. However, the application needs improvement as it crashes every couple of days, and I have to delete it and reinstall again.

The app never works. It always says unable to open or experiencing tech difficulties and its been like that for months! Ive uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to bo avail.

Very glitch recently. I couldn't log in almost all the time. I already uninstalled and re-installed but same effect. It now always says "trying to process request" and no way of logging in.

You can now authenticate your Citi Online transactions quickly and securely through the Citi Mobile App. Approve via app notification or tap the ‘Authorize Now’ icon on the login page, no need for OTPs or additional steps. Enjoy a faster & safer way to bank!
