Previous Statements Not Visible: I am unable to access my previous account statements, which is critical for my records. 2. 3D Secure Transaction Failure: I attempted a transaction that required 3D Secure authorization, but despite spending over 15 minutes trying, the process did not work and I was unable to complete the transaction. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving both issues

To authorise any transaction, now we have to use App Authentication instead of OTP, It's taking ages to authenticate and still the transaction is not going thru. I don't know what's bug . Have reinstalled the Vendor app and Citi app multiple times but no use.

It is one of the most poor apps I have ever used, and the transactions authentication always glitch. The whole bank services are not that good with their overall security process for everything.
