in general I find the app quite convenient to use and user-friendly. but there are so many bugs there! right now I cannot enter it - it asks to put login and password, I do it, then pressing "go" button - and the fields are empty again! nothing happens. few hours ago I could access it, made a transfer, got sms about it, but the app stopped working! I was pushed out. irritating!

After update to the new interface option of Touch Id is gone and no settings for that in the menu to enable it, what is the reason for that? UPD: Do we have a chance to have it working again? Nearly one month has passed since issue occured, which should be sufficient for a bug fixing... More than 100 days passed, any chance to get ot done? What standard you are referring to, it worked ok before november update, application as such has no option to use fingerprint, please stop cheating an fix it!

Нам жаль, но в процессоре устройства отсутствует функция, обеспечивающая безопасность хранения биометрических данных. В новой и во всех последующих версиях Citi Mobile используется улучшенный по безопасности сервис «Вход в приложение по биометрическим данным».

I updated the application, but can't login: "your login attempt was not successful. Try again or tap on forgot. (msg 15508)"... What is this? I have already done 50 attempts, but all of them are unsuccessful... Password and other details are correct, I'm sure for 100%. Finally, I managed to solve the issue myself next day. After going through all possible solutions, there was only one thing left - to try to change the password. And, it worked out. Hope in the future everything will be OK!
