Stopped working after updating. No way for me to pay my credit card bill anymore because I can't even login to see my statement. And the website doesn't let you login without the app. I have to call in every month now to check my cc balance. Epic fail internet banking experience. PLEASE BRING BACK SMS 2FA as a back up option to login to the website!

Two big issues 1) when submitting credit card payment there's no in-app confirmation. you only find out on payment date if it worked , so that's fun - try to submit and hope for the best, or incur a late fee. Wouldn't take much to simply display a pending payment.. 2) the chat function is woefully frustrating and buggy. It's like solving a puzzle to get to speak to an agent. Logs you out of you're not on the app. And clicking the "officer replied" alert does nothing. Really poor experience

applaud to the scam protection effort. the option to choose a keyboard before i log into the app is annoying, especially when it pops up each time i log in. with the new update, if 3rd party keyboard apps are chosen, it restricts me from typing anything. this also changes my default keyboard setting if i select the preinstalled keyboard. and after each log in i have to go back to setting to reselect my 3rd party keyboard. this is just insane!
