I share the same opinion with other users who cannot access this app. Even you don't forget the password, this app still requires you to 'forget password'. Then when I fill in all infor required, 'errors' happens. Moreover, when I contacted the hotline, no one picked up the phone. Terrible experience.

Updated on 26-Aug-2021: The UX is getting worse now. Can't even paste the copied text in the Account number field when adding a new payee. Scrollbar in branch location selection sometimes behaves weirdly, the list of location (city > district) is scrolled to bottom after selecting a city and unable to scroll up because it is overlaid by the top row.
