Station map, that's about it The station map is handy, and it is helpful to see how full a station is. However there is no integration win your account. When I dock a bike, I have to wait for an email confirmation rather than the app to give a notification.
Bad integration Your maps tool should be integrated with Google Navigation so that we can hear the directions instead of having to look at them. Also still no way to integrate with account so you can see if and when your bike was returned. I know it's less profitable to have these kind of useful tools, but it is more serving of your mission statement.
Improving July 20, 2015 update is better than it has been with improved icon readability. But, my issue/bug from over a year ago still stands: When quitting this app and then re-opening it the app no longer works and can't find your location by tapping on the map crosshair icon. The blue location dot is there, but the map won't zoom into it. Only by killing it manually is it usable again. I installed a task killer solely because of this app. NYC Bike is still a better app.
I love this app I just got my citybike for a year and I downloaded this app. The experience is 100% better that with Google maps. I recommend to use it. I don't know why the low rate. It had timer, correct number of locks and bikes in stations. I love it!
Works for me The map with stops is the most important thing, and it works well. Also the documentation is very helpful for a novice. Thanks
Overall the system has gotten slightly better and the app reflects this. The station statuses are much more accurate. As many other people have mentioned, FIX THE BACK BUTTON BEHAVIOR! Also, the favorites screen doesn't load right away and most of the time my favorite stations are not displayed there.
