WeCare is an app for registered customers of WeConnect Care Service Packs, to track their appliances and gadgets details and to raise a service request for support.
WeCare app facilitates registered users of WeConnect Care Service pack buyers to get absolutely paperless services during the extended warranty period. Users need not have to produce the service pack copy or furnish any asset details to avail the warranty services.
This app will help WeConnect Care users,
1) To track their appliances and gadgets details such as – Purchase details, Serial Number, Manufacturer’s warranty expiry and WeConnect Care Service pack (extended warranty) period, start date & end date
