This used to be an amazing app until a month ago when clicking on a booking would lead to immediate popup "Something went wrong". I used to do remote check-ins which worked great with scanning passport, creating keys, etc. but now it's completely broken. In the past month I've stayed in the accompanying hotels several times but room control is also broken, as is check-out. This occurs on multiple phones with different versions of Android. It blows the mind that the developers cannot trace this!

Absolutely incredible hotel. I stayed with my 8 year old daughter when we visited London to watch Wicked at the Apollo Victoria. The theatre is ACROSS THE ROAD!!! As is Victoria train/tube station. The best location, outstanding room and facilities, the breakfast was the best we've had and the staff are the most friendly hotel staff I've encountered. We will now ALWAYS stay here for future London visits. Wow! Thank you!

Good app but for some reason every 3 days they just delete your account and you have to register again to continue using the app. You keep all your details and stuff after registering again, but it's so damn stupid and there's no reason why it should happen. Their account system doesn't allow you to set a password and you can only login or register with magic links to your email. This bug needs to be fixed as I've registered like 6 times which is annoying. It also takes way too long to load
