I had problems logging in, as others have reported, but finally figured out why: the app does not allow spaces as part of the password. This is a bit odd since the website encouraged me to include spaces in my password. I went to the website and changed my password to not have spaces and was then able to login to the app. Developers: Please update the app to allow spaces in the password if you want better adoption.

DO NOT open an account with this "Bank!!" If you get locked out of your account, they ask several questions, name, last 4 digits of ss#, & couple of other pertinent questions & they STILL say that they "cannot verify you!!!" This "Bank" is the worst. I immediately closed my 2 savings accounts after they told me on Friday that they "couldn't verify" me, and I needed to wait 24-48 hours for a call-back from them!! I waited through the weekend & Mon & I called Tues to get same info!! GO ELSEWHERE

Glitchy. says there is an error with my mortgage that I don't have with them . Finger print unlock won't enable. Wouldn't let me sign up for CD, had to manually call to set it up.
