My issue is the app will deselect remember screen name, and password then will not work and i will lock myself out.i try every variation of my password to no avail. If your going to force me to have a dozen memorized passwords since i cant use the same ones as previously used, then why lock me out at the 4th attemt and force me to call to change my password. Soon ill leave citizens because of inconveniences.
This app is completely useless now, every update breaks something new. First the widget was broke, the following update caused the app to crash every use. And now i get kicked out almost EVERY single time. I have used their own in app support and they dont even have the courtesy to reply back. Just goes to show how little Citizens cares for their customers
As people keep pointing out, a recent update broke the app and the widget. I get notified that the app has crashed many many times each day and the widget doesn't work at all. I gave it a few weeks, and even emailed the developer team, but I have to install it for my own sanity at this point.
So this app has slowly but surely becoming more and more annoying. First it wast remembering my screename and thats ok....but now i cant sign into my account at all. It just says verifying and eventually kicks me out. Please fix!!
Horrible, terrible, useless. Crashes constantly with dozens of notices reporting that the app stopped, widget doesn't work. Does not remember sign in and PIN option will not stay available. Garbage. I'm seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank. It's that important. Utter fail!!!
App has crashed 88 times in 2 days!!! Are you kidding me?? It drains the battery and won't remember my id nor am I able to use the pin. Every update its something else with you guys. Not sure who works on your app but it shouldn't take weeks to fix an issue almost all users are having. Let's hope you get on the ball sometime soon...I don't have my hopes up though.
