This app tells me anything I need to know about my account. However, it is annoying! I've had it less than 2 weeks, & it keeps kicking me off! While it may be my phone, which I've had over 2 yrs, the "Remember User ID" button keeps switching off by itself, which inconveniences me greatly, as I have to reset my username & make up a new password. I had to have the bank guy do it. As l said, it may be because of my phone, but I feel that if the app were less glitchy this wouldn't keep happening.

the last update broke the app. it now immediately crashes up opening it. I've restarted my phone, cleared the apps data and cache and even reinstalled it. nothing works. On a OnePlus 8T. edit: it was definitely the update. after downgrading the app version from 25.6.0 to 25.5.0, the app worked again. edit 2: the app is now forcing me to update to log in, even though the app still won't open after the update. would give 0 stars is possible at this point

6/17 app update failed to download to phone. Original review: UI - alerts and other notifications should NOT be embedded. At minimum, they should be dialogue boxes users can close. On Mobile there is only so much real estate. UX - bill payments, bug. Says last payment made in June. Completely inaccurate, either remove that text field from the banner/ ribbon/ heading or fix the link or reference to the last payment.
