This app sucks I can't get into my account keeps saying my password is incorrect because of the update.. but I could log on through a Web browser just fine. However now I'm locked out completely from too many login attempts from this horrible app.
Worst of the worst The branches I've been to have horrible customer service. I regret getting this bank and will be leaving for BoA. Plus the foreign pos fee? I'd have just used paypal which would have charged the card anyways but no extra fee.
Close but still not there Still have to enter my user id every time and still being offered option to change to a pin number every time. I need only to be asked once with options yes, no, or maybe later. And don't ask again. I hear everyone loves widget, but I choose to not hav my info right on top of screen all the time, that's why I want the standard app to be as it should be. I should only hav to enter my pass word and no more
Great, another "update" It is becoming painfully obvious, that these so called updates are giving someone's brother in law a job. They certainly are not for making the app better. WHERE DID FAST BALANCE GO??? When I start the app now I'm immediately prompted to sign in. I don't want to sign in, I just want to quickly see my balance. Last "update" took weeks to fix, now this. STOP UPDATING THE APP. JUST STOP. Edit: the latest?? I have to answer a security question EVERY TIME I LOG ON. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
Most inconsistent ap of all time The worst ap I have ever downloaded. I've had it for years and I am only able to access it 50% of the time. The other 50% the ap says not able to access try again later. It's a huge pain.
Why can't you leave well enough alone Hate the new update, that was done today June 29th 2016, It was much more convenient just holding down the app to get a fast balance! I don't want to have to log in to check my balance!! If I can't roll back to the previous version I will be closing my account! I've been with Citizens bank for many years, This garbage is ridiculous!!!

“Remember Me” feature now saves both your User and Device. If you wish to login without this activated, unselect the check box
