I'm not sure why everyone is giving it 1 star? I just downloaded it on my new phone and it works perfect. Maybe it's taking a long time to load on those people's phones because of the internet provider they are using. It literally just took me 30 seconds to sign in, get verified, check balance, and sign out. Great app.
The app does everything a mobile banking app needs when it works. It seems like half the time the app doesn't work at all and the other half it takes a full minute to load your info. I've been using the app for 5+ years and it was fine until about a year ago. Whatever "improvements" were made caused the app to stop working properly.
This is the WORST mobile banking app that i've seen. It shouldn't take 15 minutes for the app to verify you and Login in especially when you have an account with this bank. The updates didn't fix the Login problem either. This app is HORRIBLE. I tried to Login to this app at 8:54 a.m yet at 9:18 a.m this app still had not Verified me or Logged me in. If i can't Trust their stupid app to work how can anyone trust them to handle your bank accounts? It doesn't take any app as long as this one does to verify you and log you into your account.
No.... My internet service provider is fine. I have fast internet. It's the app that's the problem....how do I know?? Because to fix the problem I always have to make sure I force stop the app first before I open it and login. Then it works like it should. Otherwise it just gets stuck on the verifying screen forever. Shameful.
Bank 101 Branch 618 Teller Number E917242 is such a problem. She says my balance out loud for everyone to hear so I can be mugged upon leaving the bank. She is the manager. She had my bankbook in her hand. She only had to update it and pass it back to me but chose to yell my balance aloud instead. No class and bad training. She makes me hate this bank now.
When I enter my pin to log into my account I get a message that says "verifying"...this goes on and on until I have to open my apps in my settings menu and force stop the app. Then if I'm lucky it lets me log in. Very inconvenient. I'm using a Google Pixel.
