Most of the time I can't get any further than the log in page. I know all of my credentials the app just doesn't work. I have even tried changing my password as if I forgot it and still can't log in. It's very frustrating when you want to transfer money from one account to another for a purchase and I can't. It's also embarrassing sometimes. Fix it please.

The app is fine aside from constantly being kicked out and having to call customer service everytime to access it again. Happens like clockwork every few months when I know my credentials are correct. It seems many other people experience the same frustrating situation so I do not know why it hasn't been fixed.

Decent platform but I'm locked out consistently with no warning. No emails or anything and the tellers can't even look to tell me either. Has been more of an issue with recent updates than it has with any past versions, I'm tired lf being told "incorrect login credentials " when I have the information written down and have used the same login information for 6 months and within that 6 months have been locked out at least 5 times if not more, some of that time it's been for "incorrect password "
