Used this service for over a year. Never missed a payment. I have an excellent credit score. but I didn't like the fact that they kept adding 18rs everyday as a late payment fee on a due amount of just 500rs especially when I was going thru a hard time. and the late fee was supposed to be 10rs when I first used the app. There is no customer service to reach out to for your grievances. Uninstalling.

Charged more than 350rs as penalty on 1030rs (more than 30% with interest) because I was late by few hours to due date, I've never seen this happen anywhere else, the most ridiculous penalty I've ever seen with little to no flexibility. I failed to set Autopay which lead to forgetfulness. Everyone I've ever used allows a few days open window before charging a late fee penalty, this is the first time I've seen where someone is just waiting for that "12am" mark to hit. Uninstalled.

I'm using this app since February, it's been nice to me, I didn't have cibil score, no one gave me loan but this app is helping me to build my score, not eligible for xpress cash loan yet but I got limit of 750 rs (pay later limit) that I can use to pay bills, recharge, zomato, Swiggy, meesho etc. I've never delayed re payment, so no problem so far. hoping you will give me cash loan soon.
