This App helps the customer to manage their account with ease whether it is renewal of plan, modification of plans, making payments and lodging complaints. The customer can also receive notifications from the ISP's. The option of making online payments as well as requesting for a pickup of cash/cheque is also available on the app. Session logs of the browsing as well as logs of the complaint can also be viewed on the App itself.
