Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work when you are close to the bus stop. This was my first experience trying to onboard this bus and I could never board because the pictures of bus stop were shown wrong, the app does not work to locate the exact place. I kept getting error pop up/message, which never allows to proceed. The bus never arrived at the place which was mentioned. However, it works perfect when you are trying to book a bus and make payment. very bad first experience.

the team are somehow not supportive anymore. there are instances where the buses are late, yet no updates are shared with us. suddenly the bus timings are changed and there are gaps of 20-30 mins between buses. the price we pay for booking one way ticket and the experience which we get are not at all worth it.

This shuttle service is best, clean bus, contactless boarding (no OTP required), trips on time, customer support fabulous. Current subscription is suitable for minimum 3 days a week office goers, would recommend to tailor subscription as per 2 days a week office people too. overall experience is excellent 😊
