Ratings and reviews

So far, my Cityflo experience has been very good. The app is very user friendly with several features and the team keeps adding even more features with each passing month. As far as the service is concerned, the buses are usually on time (±2-3 minutes). Buses are also well maintained and comfortable and have facilities such as an umbrella stand for monsoons. Thanks Cityflo Team!

Never had any trouble with the bus timings or driver behaviour. The level of punctuality in cityflo buses is just amazing. One feels safe even while riding alone. Just one recommendation, although not a pressing issue but still a good to have feature, that SOS options/button be provided in the app. This gives the rider some confidence while commuting late night.

They have a great concept and the intent to deliver quality is well appreciated. However, their charges are twice as compared to other similar services, the service they provide doesn't match up. They have an option for chatting with the customer service who is very quick but not accu4ate in their response. I really expected top notch quality service with this service. Wasn't too satisfied with it.
